If you really want to see what L.A. is about, there are three places you must visit: the old city area, including Olvera Street, Chinatown, the Japanese history museum, and all the spots along the way; the La Brea Tar Pits; and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. That's where the history and culture are, folks, along with many other locations. And here's an article all about the Natural History Museum, the largest in the western United States with one of the most comprehensive dinosaur collections in the world. Plus, there are videos of Dinosaur Encounters (the only such show in North America) and Ice Age Encounters (the only one on the planet).
